- Download and install the repair tool here.

- The tool will then repair your computer.
The error check THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER has a value of 0x000000EA. This indicates that a wire in a device driver runs infinitely.
Dxgkrnl.sys is the Microsoft DirectX graphics kernel file. It works with your graphics card drivers and should not be modified under any circumstances.
This means that the device driver is looped and waiting for the hardware to react. This may indicate a bad card or defective drivers.
If you have recently received errors with dxgkrnl.sys, we recommend that you uninstall or reinstall all programs that caused this error. If this does not solve the problem, or if you have not recently installed a program, try restoring Windows to a previous copy.
Keeping Windows 10 up to date
It is always recommended to keep your system up to date to avoid unwanted problems like this. So if you haven’t updated your Windows 10 yet, do it now.
1) Simultaneously press the Windows key and X on your keyboard, then click Settings.
2) Click Update and Security.
3) Click the Check for Updates button and Windows will check for patches required for your computer.
4) If you find an update available, download it and wait until it is installed. You may need to restart your computer for the change to take effect.
Running system file scans
Right-click the Start menu icon and select ‘admin command prompt’ from the displayed list. Type:
Press Enter and wait for the results.
At the same prompt and after completing the above analysis, type the following:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press Enter and wait for the results (this time longer).
If the first scan found files that could not be repaired but the second scan was successful, run the first scan again with the same prompt, and this time it should repair the found files.
Even though this is more of a workaround solution than a method, it is the only solution if you are on Nvidia version 353.62 and use more than one graphics card. SLI deactivation results in lower performance when working with graphically intensive applications or games, but it is the only solution for this version of Nvidia drivers.
To disable SLI, you must open the Nvidia Control Panel by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting it from the drop-down menu. On the left side, you see a navigation area. Expand the 3D Settings option and select Set SLI and PhysX Configuration. In this menu, you must select Disable SLI under SLI Configuration. Close the Nvidia Control Panel by clicking Apply and then clicking OK.
This method is for users who, for some reason, cannot or will not update new drivers for their GPUs. In particular, this is known to cause a BSOD, especially under Windows 10, so you can use the method to prevent BSODs until you find a more permanent solution, such as a new driver.
Expert Tip: This repair tool scans the repositories and replaces corrupt or missing files if none of these methods have worked. It works well in most cases where the problem is due to system corruption. This tool will also optimize your system to maximize performance. It can be downloaded by Clicking Here
