Google Now provides real-time information about the weather, traffic in your area and more. You can add reminders to the service by using your voice or entering it manually. These reminders are configured once, repeated or appear at a predefined time.

To add a reminder manually (tap), launch Google Now and scroll down to find the menu icon.

To create a voice reminder, launch Google Now and tell Google.

Run the command with Remind Me followed by the instruction or thing you want to be reminded of.
Next, specify the time or location where Google Now should send you a reminder. You can specify a time horizon, for example, in the afternoon or evening.
Then press the reminder bar to save the reminder to your account.
You can change the reminder if changes are required.
Before saving the reminder to your account, you will notice that Google now shows you a map with the information you requested, checks if it is correct and clicks the’Set reminder’ button.
