Err_Address_Unreachable Error is one of the most common types of Chrome errors on Windows PCs. The problem usually occurs because of DNS errors that lead to a broader error called Site Can’t be Reached. DNS stands for Domain Name Servers, which loads the host’s web pages (the one where the web pages are stored in the cloud). If you have a slow Internet connection or other problems, your browser may display an error and not be able to connect to the host. However, the problem can even occur if you have a very good Internet connection.

The problem can usually be solved by a simple restart if the problem is minor, but in many cases, you will need to perform some operations to restore the chromium to its normal state.

Restart your Router

In most cases, the error messages were immediately corrected by restarting the router. There are many cases where the router goes into an error state, which is quite common with network devices. A simple restart usually corrects this error message.

  • Turn off your router and leave it on standby for 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Once the time has expired, turn it back on and reconnect your computer after a while.
  • Now try to access the website and check if the error message has been corrected.

Or you can reset your router if the restart does not work:

  1. Find the small hole behind your router with the reset label.
  2. Take a small pin and press the hole for about 4-5 seconds.
  3. Your router will now be reset. You can easily connect to the router via an Ethernet cable and go to the router address (usually printed on the back).
  4. Now enter all the data that your ISP provides for Internet access. Now check whether the error message has been corrected.
