(4) Ben Wil proposed the following solution. Download and run the Windows 10 Media Creation tool. Download it and check the download. When this process is complete, close the tool and press WinKey+R to open the Run field.
Insert this path and press Enter:
C:$Windows.~WSSourcesWSSourcesWSSourcesWindowssourcesetupprep.exe
Your installation should start and the upgrade should be successful.
