While Microsoft takes steps to move most Windows settings to the application settings, many users still need access to the traditional control panel, since most useful settings are still there. Although there are many ways to open the control panel, I will list some of the practical options below.
Open Control Panel in Windows 10

However, the Control Panel entry has been removed from the WinX menu of Windows 10 v1703 and later. Therefore, you can no longer use this method.
