The procedure is quite simple. First open the File Explorer and add the following to the address bar and press Enter to open the Applications folder :

shell:appsfolder

Then open another instance of the File Explorer. Right-click the explorer icon on the taskbar and select File Explorer. In this case, open the following boot folder :

shell:startup

Resize and side by side folders.

All you have to do is drag and drop the Windows Store App icon from the Applications folder into the Start folder each time you start it.

When you do this, Windows 10 creates a shortcut or link to the application.

When you are finished, close the folders, restart your computer and check.

The Windows Store application should start automatically at startup.

PS: Currently, Windows 10 v1709 has no settings that make this easy. But the next major update of Windows 10 will make your job easier. Under Windows Settings > Apps > Startup > Startup Apps, you can add or remove applications using a button.
