There is now a new way to update Windows 10, and that is Fresh Start! Restarting in Windows Defender Security Center in Windows 10 v1703 allows you to easily reinstall your Windows 10 operating system without deleting your personal data and files and certain settings. However, some Windows Store applications may be deleted.
