5. Press Windows key + R combination, type comexp.msc into the Run dialog box and press Enter to open Component Services. In the left pane , expand Component Services -> Computer -> Workstation. In the center area, select DCOM Config.
6 Now find the service Immersive Shell in the same central window and right click on it, select Properties.
7 In the window Immersive Shell Properties, under the hood of Launch and Activation Permissions, select Customize and press Edit.
8 Click Add in the following window :
9 In the next window, type local service and click Check names, then click OK.
10 We have therefore added Local Service, now checked box Local Activation. Finally, click OK.
Finally, you need to restart and the problem should now be solved.
