With our new feature, Microsoft account and local account users can temporarily store operating system identification information on disk between Windows Update initiated restarts, so that the user automatically logs in and the system is locked to ensure user security.

Right-click Winlogon, select New > DWORD (32-bit) value and name the new DWORD ARSOUserConsentConsent.
Double-click the newly created ARSOUserConsent and enter the value 1.
Restart your computer.
The next time you need to restart Windows Update, you will not be asked for a login password each time you restart your system.
