Error 0x800CCC65 is an error message that occurs when configuring an email client (such as Microsoft Outlook) for use with email services (such as HostPapa Advanced Email); it is often associated with configuration problems associated with ports, settings in an email client or blocking the SMTP 25 port by an Internet service provider (ISP).
Due to damaged or corrupted PST files, oversized PST files, incorrect Outlook configuration and virus attacks on Outlook files, the main cause of Outlook errors is that your computer prompts the Outlook 0x800CCC65 error message.

Configure your email client to authenticate itself automatically.
In your email configuration, check the box “My server needs authentication” for your outgoing server. You can send e-mails without having to “open” your mailbox.
You should use password authentication, where the user name is the complete email address you access, and the password is what was created when you configured the email user name. Depending on your email program, there may be an option that allows you to use the same username and password as your email server, but not all email programs have this special option.
Changing SMTP settings
The most common problem is when the port of your SMTP connection is filtered by a local firewall application or by your Internet service provider.
To fix this error, you can try changing the SMTP server from 25 to 2525.
Modify firewall settings
If this does not help you, try to disable your firewall and any antivirus programs installed on your computer.
Another possible reason for the problem is antivirus or firewall software that checks your outgoing mail connections. If you have properly configured your email client as described above and the problem persists, please disable the antivirus and firewall you have installed on your local computer and try to resend the emails. You may need to change some of your firewall settings.
