Some Windows users would see the error 327682:11 when trying to install a game published by EA. In most cases, the bug is reported in Origin games downloaded from the store. The error code is not exclusive to a particular version of Windows because it is available on Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7.
Here are some methods to solve the problem, hoping that it will help someone else.
1. leave the Origin client
2. Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and stop all processes related to the Origin (you should be able to sort alphabetically to make your search easier).
3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origine and define Origin.exe as administrator (right click>Properties>Compatibility).
4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Original Games\Star Wars Battlefront 2 and set the.exe file as administrator.
5. Open the Windows firewall by searching for the firewall in the Control Panel.
6. Select Allow an application through the firewall.
7. select Change settings.
8. select Allow other applications down.
9. Navigate to BOTH directories above and allow each of them (if you have not already done so).

Running EAProxyInstaller with administrator rights
It turns out that another potential author who could be responsible for the appearance of error 32768211 is another executable file (EAProxyInstaller) called from the main file. Several users who encountered the same problem reported that they were able to solve this problem by ensuring that EAProxyInstaller.exe worked with administrator privileges.
- Open the File Explorer and navigate to the original location. By default, you can find it at the following location:
C:\Program files (x86)\Origine
- When you get there, scroll down the list of files and search for EAProxyInstaller.exe.
- When you see it, right-click and click Properties in the context menu.
- From the Properties menu, select the Compatibility tab at the top of the screen, then select the check box associated with Run this program as administrator.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
- Start Origins with administrator privileges (method 4) and try to download the game that failed before.
Deleting cache files from Origin
This problem can be caused by Origin’s cache files. Try clearing the files from the cache to see if you can solve this problem. Here’s how to do it:
1) Close the origin when it is running. Click on Origin in the menu bar, then click on Exit to close it.
2) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and simultaneously press R to open the Run dialog box. Then type %ProgramData% and press Enter.
3) In the pop-up window, double-click on the Origin folder to open it.
4) Delete all files and folders in this folder except the LocalContent folder.
5) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and simultaneously press R to open the Run dialog box. Then type %AppData% and press Enter.
Delete the Origin client files:
- Select Computer from the Start menu.
- Select drive C:.
- Select the Program Files folder. On 64-bit systems, it is called Program Files (x86).
- Right-click on the Origin folder and select Delete.
