The reason you get the “No mapping between account names and security IDs was done” option is either because you now have an orphan user account. This would happen if you delete or rename your old user name that was still being used by the system, because each user name has a unique SID, or it could be a corrupted user profile.
To solve this problem, you may need to correct the profile of the corrupted user. To do this, you must create a new administrator account and copy all data from the corrupted user account. You can follow these instructions and see if it helps you.

To solve this problem, you must determine which user is the one whose account caused the disconnection. The easiest way to do this is to go to SQL Server Management Studio, connect to Analysis Services, and then check the properties of each role on your OLAP server.
Checking the file explorer options
- Go to the Control Panel and open “File Explorer Options”.
- Select the View tab.
- Scroll down and deselect the Use Sharing Wizard (recommended) option.
- Set the Folder Properties/Security tab for the folder you want to backup to Full Access for the SYSTEM account.

Using the registry editor
