Clear DNS and update your IP

Restart your network devices

  2. Wait 60 seconds for the modem (and router) to cool down.
  3. Reconnect the network devices and wait until the lights return to normal.
  4. Reboot your computer.

Refresh Your IP

  1. Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard and type cmd.

  5. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter on your keyboard.
