How to run Windows 10/8/7 as a different user
In Windows Vista, you could run a program as an administrator. But to run programs like other users, you had to use the command line. Under Windows 10/8/7, you can now perform both actions: Run as administrator or Run as other user, easy.
Run as another user
To run a program as another user, simply press Shift and right-click the shortcut or executable file you want to run as another user.
In the context menu, right click Run as another user .
On Windows Server 2008, however, Shift+Right-clic does not offer the option Run as different user ! It is also available in Windows 7 and Windows 8. It was also available on Windows XP, but not Windows Vista.
