Right-click the Start button to open the WinX menu (16). Choose Execute to open the Execute field.
and press Enter to open the User Account Settings field.
Select the user account that displays this error message.
Click the Properties button. A new box opens.
Now open tab Group Membership.
Here you can define the level of access you want to give the user.
Select Administrator and click Apply/OK and complete the process.
If you cannot make the changes, you may need to log in as an administrator or ask your administrator to do so.
Restart your Windows 10 computer and see if it helped.
