There are several reasons why Omegle does not recognize a camera, and it may also be that the camera is not recognized at all, or that the browser is bad, or that your phone does not work properly, or that the camera and phone cannot be customized. What causes the camera problem at Omegle?

Allow your browser to access the camera on Omegle.
- Go to Omegle.
- Click on the green “Secure” text near the address bar.
- Click on the page settings.
- Find the camera in these areas.
- Mark it as authorized.
- Make sure that important things like Flash are also allowed.
Check your camera
If you have an external camera, make sure it is properly connected to your computer. You will also need to check that the camera is working properly, as described above for the operating system. a. Press the Windows button to start the Home screen.

e. Click on Next and follow the instructions on the screen.
Checking the camera on the operating system
- Close your browser and everything related to your camera.
- Click on the search button of your operating system and enter the camera.
- You will see a Microsoft Store application as a “camera” in the results.
- Click on it and see if your device works.
- Don’t forget to close the application.
If your camera does not work, it is very likely that you will have problems with your camera. If you have another camera, connect it to your computer and try it.
Checking Flash Player Settings
- Go to the control panel and look for the “Flash Player Setting”, then simply delete the local memory in the Flash.
- To solve the problem, open your firewall and add the URL or ports of Omegle to the list of excluded websites/applications/programs, as appropriate.
- Go to the Macromedia site control panel and simply remove Omegle from there to solve many problems.
