  3. When the DOS window appears, type the following characters in the order in which they appear:
    netsh winsock reset, then press enter key
    netsh int IP reset, then press enter key
    ipconfig /flushdns, then press enter key
    ipconfig /release, then press enter key
    ipconfig /renew, then press enter key.
  4. Restart your computer!

Deleting the alternate MAC address

  • Press the Xbox button.
  • Go to the right in the System tab and scroll down. Select Settings.
  • In the Settings tab, scroll down and click Network.

  • In the right pane, select Network Settings.

  3. Type the command and press Enter to completely disable the Hyper-V function: dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V
  4. Once the process is complete, close the high CMD prompt and restart your computer. The changes will begin.

Run sfc Scan

  • Press Windows + X to open the main menu.
  • Click Command Prompt to open the command prompt, then right-click Run as administrator. You can also press Ctrl + Shift + Enter.
  • Type the command: sfc /scannow. Press Enter.
  • Wait until the process is completed.
  • Once the process is complete, restart your computer and check that the error is still present.
