Reinstall the audio drivers

Right-click on Start.
Select Device Manager.

Locate the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar and right-click it.
Click Playback Devices.

Click the Advanced tab.
Select 24 bit, 192000 Hz (studio quality) from the drop-down menu.
Select OK to save your settings.
