Unfortunately, there is not much information about this error on Microsoft pages. But if you are facing this problem, here are some steps you could take to solve the problem.

1] Make sure you have the latest Windows updates and device drivers installed.

System file check. This replaces corrupted system files and replaces them on reboot.

3] In a high prompt window , run to repair a corrupted Windows system image. When the execution is finished, restart your computer.

Now see if the problem has disappeared.

4] If this is not the case, make a clean boot. This will start your Windows 10 with a minimum of drivers and boot programs. If you do not receive an error message, it means that a boot program or driver is causing the problem. You must then try to identify the start or driver in question using a test and error method.

5] Unless otherwise specified, I suggest you back up your data and reset Windows 10. You will see this button under Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC.
