1. On your computer, go to the meeting places at hangouts.google.com or open your Gmail.
2. Select the person from your contact list to open a conversation.
3. Click Settings at the top of the conversation, then click Block & Report Blocking.
4. To report an abuse, check the “Also report” box.
5. To block only the person, clear the Declare also check box.
6. Click on Confirm.
7. If you report an abuse, a copy of the last 10 messages from your conversation will be sent to Google for review.

PunkBuster is an anti-cheat program that is installed by some PC games. It contains two processes – PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe – that work in the background on your computer. Check Volume Shadow Copy Service

In return, I suggest that you check that the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) is working properly.

1. Press Windows + R to open the Run command, type Services.msc and press Enter.
2. Search for Volume Shadow Copy Service, right-click on it and start the service.
3. Also set the start type to Automatic.
4. Log out of the current user account, restart, log in again and check that the problem persists.

Deleting the WindowsImageBackup folder
