Reasons for the problem with non-reactive pages / dead pages:

There are several reasons. But these two are important.

A slow Internet connection or a problem with the website script can cause this problem. Some websites may contain an excessive number of Java scripts and advertisements. Most often, users are confronted with deadly pages when they try to visit these sites with slow Internet connections.
If your CPU and RAM usage increases, your browser may stop and display the error message. In this case, each of your programs or services is the culprit. This happens when too many unnecessary programs are installed on a PC.

Clear the cache

Chrome uses cached local data to speed up website loading. If damaged, Chrome may crash when trying to read the information.
