If you are a webmaster, blogger or enthusiast, you may have used the Wayback Machine at some point. For those who don’t know, Wayback Machine is a digital archive service that lets you see what a particular website looked like in the past. On the website, you can search snapshots of any website and check what it looked like in the past.
Wayback Machine was launched in 1996 and archives cached pages from various websites at regular intervals. It provides access to over 450 billion archived web pages. The fundamental purpose of the service is to help users view a website, even if the website is modified or closed.
However, the Wayback Machine reaches the cached pages randomly, but you can also manually save a specific web page. In short, you can capture and archive a particular website for the future and store it as proof that it first appeared on the Internet as a reliable quote.

The function appears under the Save Page Now tab on the Wayback Machine home page. All you have to do is cut and paste the URL of the web page you want to save. The web crawlers then receive the complete website and give you a direct URL that you can save for the future. This on-demand digital archive allows you to save a web page and PDF file for later use.
This function was added to the Wayback machine in May 2014. This is a free function, but a’Donate’ button appears in the right corner. The URL of the archived web page appears in a new popup window and the URL of a PDF file appears in the address bar.
